Great Lakes Sign Association

The association was officially established on September 10, 2026, following the merger of the Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota sign associations.

The mission of the Great Lakes Sign Association is to advance and connect professionals in the sign and visual communications industry across Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and Illinois. By combining resources and expertise, the association will strengthen peer connections, improve operational efficiencies and expand educational, networking and member service opportunities while building on the successes of each founding association.

The non-profit trade association is governed by a board of directors and executive committee, elected by its members.

The GLSA is an independent, regional affiliate of the International Sign Association.

The association's inaugural Fall Conference & Sign Expo was held in Wisconsin Dells, WI on September 9 and 10, 2026. Regional meet and greet events and other special events are held throughout the year.
